Based on the complexity of specifications, technologies and other factors, our customer has freedom to choose from any of the business models below or choose a combination of them for different phases of project.

Time & Material
Time and Material model is of ideal choice, when scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project are not easy to define at the inception. Under this model Customer pay's as per use of the hourly development efforts on weekly or monthly basis. This model provides required flexibility to upscale or downscale resources if project requirements change during the course of execution. To save cost MetaDesign offers flexibility to opt for partial phases on fixed price and rest on time and material basis.

Fixed Price
MetaDesign's fixed price model is build on our exceptional track record of on-time delivery and 100% client retention. This model is designed to eliminate all financial risk involved in execution of the project. Under this model total cost and timeline of the development is agreed prior to the start of the project. During project execution if our development team comes across any unknown technical challenge, we absorb the cost.




Tools
To assist in communication with our customers and remotely manage projects, we have employed industry wide accepted best in class software development tools. For Task and Project Management MetaDesign uses ActiveCollab, for Source Code and Build Management we use SVN and Hudson. For communication, all employees have a Skype Account shared with our customers.

IP-Protection
We enforce usage of Strict NDA's in all our client dealings to safeguard our clients interest. To maintain complete secrecy of our Customers' IP we have adopted the following policies

Individual NDA's with every employee at the time of joining. Every Employee is required to sign a non-competence agreement, this prevents Employees to indulge in unfair competitive practices upon termination of employment. Complete monitoring of all inbound and outbound Emails and Web traffic. Dedicated resources allocated for all projects to prevent unauthorized usage. Usage of Electronic doors and cards to track movement of Employees in and out of office.
